ccd420a2f0 chore: upgrade all 
After running `mix hex.outdated` several dependencies were outdated. To
keep everything up to date we unlocked all deps, and updated them.

Since, phoenix 1.7 has some importante differences, we added
`phoenix_view` to make everythin work.
